Everything started off really good. Unfortunately for me it didn't continue to go that way. It has been four months and I have only lost thirty two pounds. I joined water aerobics last month and have lost six more pounds. It has been very discouraging but I am not giving up.I plan on walking as soon as it gets cooler outside.
