I had my surgery 3 months ago today. I've lost 62 pounds in that time. I was worried about going to Mexico to have this done. I couldn't afford to have it done in the US, but I needed it to be done. It is a big life style change and the way way you look at food. I weighed 375lbs and had such bad knee problems that I wasn't able to walk very well plus I had high blood pressure. I am no longer on meds for the blood pressure and the more weight that comes off the lighter my knees feel and I can walk better. I would and have told everyone I think would benefit from this surgery to do this. I know it's scary and worry some about Mexico but the benefits out way any worries that you might have. This is a wonderful tool for me to use to get my life back.
