Jessica, our assigned staff member for our stay in Piedras is a very warm, knowledgeable and helpful. She walked outside with my husband so he could eat and get drinks without having trouble with language translations and was always available to translate my requests when there was no bilingual staff, which was rare. Even when she was home, all it took was a phone call.
Dr. Rosales is a great surgeon. We were in constant contact prior to the surgery. He speaks english as well as I do so there were no problems when I had questions pre- and post-op. He is friendly, warm and an exceptional surgeon.
And Manuel, our driver to and from the airport spoke excellent english and was a joy to converse with.
I would most definately recommend Dr. Rosales for any type of bariatric surgery.
To date I have lost 12 pounds and look forward to re-starting my weight loss journey!
