I have been overweight all my life. I have tried most everything to lose weight, I have lost and gained it all back plus more. My journey started with a call from a friend who decided she was going. It was 1/2/17. I first said there is no way but then I said well let me see what I can do, I have some money saved....long story short it took a little longer for us to go than she wanted but we made it. I started shortly after that cutting back on my intake. With that my pre op and since surgery I have lost a total of 60 pounds today is 5/15/17, I think it is awesome. I still have many more pounds to go and no it is not always easy but it is so worth it. Of course with extra weight usually comes hip and knee pain let me tell you I can already move so much easier and the pain is better. I was asked if I would do it again I said yes and would go back to Mexico to have it done, my insurance here would not cover it. They have their system down to a science and I think it works great. From picking you up at the airport, your pre op, the hotel, surgery, post surgery, they have representatives that call and check on you, they are available when you call, text or email them with questions. I am very thankful they have this to offer us that have insurance but don't cover it here because you can pay cash here but it is much more expensive.
