Don't let anyone tell you this is easy! It isn't. It's hard, food plays a big part in our lives. Mentally especially. For the past 20 yrs I struggled to lose (which may not seem like much) 20-30 lbs and keep it off! Now it has. Haven't seen my Dr yet, but I believe my sugar and cholesterol will be down since before I had the surgery. Thanks! I honestly believe I was turning into a diabetic.
