As I was getting ready for surgery I was scared, nervous and excited. I didn t know what exactly to expect and when to expect it. I didn t know what kind of pain I would have and what my mobility would be. I am 4 months post op and 63 pounds down as of today. If you would have told me 5 months ago that this life I am now living is possible I would believe you. Was it painful? Yes, of course it s a major surgery. Was it easy? Hell no, you have you prep you mind, body and soul for this new beautiful life style change. Not to mention you have to prep you family and friends. Believe it or not it s a huge lifestyle change for them too and if you don t have the right support system it can make it tough. Was it the best choice I ve ever made? Yes! I would do it again in a heart beat. I have posted some before pictures and will soon post some after pictures soon.
