I had a revision of a previous rny. The weight loss has been slow but steady. I have to admit that l was at first very disappointed that my weight did not come flying off but it has come off. I followed the plan of not drinking before and after my meals and not eating one bite more when l felt full. This has been a life changer for me. I feel stronger, and I m able to do things with more ease. I look way slimmer. In total I m 80 pounds down. I had my surgery September 2017 . I have 50 more pounds i wish to loose.
