I was initially not sure what I had gotten my self into when I decided to proceed with the surgery. I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. I had done all the research and found reviews from terrible to fantastic. So I knew the truth was somewhere between. If you are like me you have probably read through a ton of these things. I can say to spare you reading any further that my over all experience was great. The staff was great the facilities are beautiful at the hospital and VERY clean. That to be truthful was one of my biggest concerns... Is it clean. Follow the pre-op rules, do what they say and you'll be just fine.

I am nearly 2 full months post-op. I did not have a weight loss expectation going in. I knew that weight loss would occur but did not want to get my hopes up. I have been avidly working out 4-6 times per weeks doing cardio and weights. I monitored everything I ate and the biggest weight loss that I had achieved was 30lbs over the course of 4 months. I was sidelined with an arm surgery and gained it all back and then some. I am happy to say that in the 51 days since surgery I have lost 47.2 LBS.(THATS A FREAKING 6 YEAR OLD) I don't have an end goal for weight loss. I just want to feel good and be able to shop where I want. I can say that with the weight loss in the last 2 months I have gone from size XXL to L and I am excited to see where this journey takes me.
