I had the Gastric Sleeve 17 months ago and I couldn't be happier!Prior to surgery I weighed 233 pounds. I lost 20 pounds in the first two weeks and the a stead 3 to 4 pounds a week thereafter. I stabilized after about 7 months after reaching my goal weight of 170 pounds!I graduated high school weighing 165 pounds so I was very pleased that I could get so close to that weight. I am now able to wear my teenage daughters clothes which is great because now I have two closets to go through! Here I am almost 40 year old and I am getting 20 year old men hitting on me! The surgery was a success and I couldn't be happier !
