I had the surgery 18 days ago. I have lost 41 pounds. Overall, the experience was great. If I had to pick something to improve I think they should put fewer people on the van to/from the airport. Ours was really full not to mention we are large people. Also, you need to know the hotel only has one channel in English (Werner or CW as it is here in the USA.) But, the tvs do have a built in DVD player if you want to bring DVDS to watch (I wish I had). The internet in the hotel did not reach my room either. The hospital is clean and the nurses are very nice. I especially appreciated Natalia and Sebastian at the hotel. I notice several people mention pain.....I had none. If not for the stitches I would believe they did not do the surgery. Dr. Almanza was very nice and encouraging. The van driver took us on a short shopping trip which was very nice to get away from the hotel for a while. We were told we would be doing two leak test but we actually only did one. I had my stitches taken out yesterday and all is good. I could have went back to work on the first day after I returned home.
I would recommend the surgery through weightlossagents to everyone. They have checked up on me and answered any questions I have had. Also, I paid the extra $1000 for hernia repair, but Dr. Almanza did not find a hernia so weightlossagents quickly refunded the $1000 with no hassle at all.

Response: The drain bag is the second test, the first is done during surgery and the third is X-ray imaging. There are three leak tests.
