Okay to start out with I was very very very nervous I arrived and I get picked up in a van with no markings, I'm going to a country where I don't speak the language, and everybody I know was telling me I was crazy for going. Then I get in there for my interview and they start asking questions and I felt a lot better. The surgery went well and I was up and moving around the next day. I made a really good friend there and we still talk. So far I have lost 100 pounds and I am very very glad I went through with the surgery.
