The only thing I would change is I would have done it earlier. It's changed my life for the better in a ton of ways. I'm more confident and happier with the person I am and the energy I exude. Learning to eat less and slower has been a journey, but a good one. I do get heart burn more than I did but that also has to do with the foods that I eat.
