I was nervous about going to Mexico for surgery but I knew it was the only way I could afford surgery. My Mom went with me and we were treated very well from the hospital to the guest house.
The first 36 hours after surgery are very uncomfortable. As long as you walk everyday the pain goes away quickly. I did not have any complications, no infections.
It is difficult getting used to eatting so little. I found out that I really do eat when I am full. Now I know when to quit eatting which is great.
Surgery was not quite 3 months ago and I continue to lose weight every week. I would like to have skin removal surgery next summer. I feel so much better! I would definately recommend going to Jerusalem Hospital in Tijuana for gastric sleev surgery.
