I am doing very well post-op. My second week was a little rough...vomiting and dehydration, but went to my doctor and all is better. My doctor was impressed with Dr. Almanza's procedure. This week I am much better and am very pleased with the entire experience. I only had the gastric sleeve performed. Nothing else was taken from my body by Dr. Almanza. I would like to say that the nurse Alejandra (Alex) Castenella was wonderful! She has the most caring nature of all the nurses that took care of me.
