Dr Almanza was superb! I was worried going to Mexico to have the surgery done. I'm glad to have done it. Recommended all my friends to go there. The care was superb. The nurses were AWESOME!!! The nursing care is what made the difference in this journey. The nurses are really caring and experienced in their role. I have lost a total of 15 lbs and it's only been a little over 2 weeks.
