The reason I chose gastric sleeve because of health reasons. I was in pain everyday with the weight gain. My back and legs was in pain with this weight. I was short of breath just from walking from my bedroom to the kitchen. I was depress with the weight but determined to get it off. I would diets but there was no results and with the pain I just gave up. With the help of my family we talked about the procedure in which my older brother had just received a few months ago which also motivated me to try this procedure because his weight was coming down and he was looking healthy and good in his clothes. He accompanied me when I had my procedure. Once I was motivated and prayed about the procedure, my family and I began this journey 1 day at a time. I began to diet and I start with protein shake in the morning for breakfast and lunch and a lite .dinner. I lost 20 lbs before procedure and I did not have any complication. No gas or nauseous
issues at all. I has been 3 going on 4 weeks and my weight is coming down and everyone say they see a difference. I walk everyday with no problems but I haven't walked everyday in a long time and it feels great that I can do it every day with my 6 year old nephew. Thanks and I will have send pictures soon.
