I was somewhat hesitant even though I'd been thinking about it for quite a while. I decided to "just go ahead". Dr. Almanza and all the group are very professional and competent. They have this whole thing "down like clockwork". I was ever so pleased with the efficiency and comfort. I have now lost 38 lbs. and am very happy with myself. All those old clothes are beginning to fit again - and there's more on the way!! My biggest obstacle has been to learn when "enough is enough".
