I knew one day there would be a procedure which would get me back to my high school weight. before surgery, I weighted 244 pounds. today (5/14/13), I weight 232, which equals 12 pounds lost so far. My goal is to be at last 165, which will represent a healthy BMI. my exercise consists of a lot of walking and liquid protein based diet.
