In a nutshell, anyone considering having this surgery should put all of your fears and doubts aside. I was apprehensive about going to Tijuana, but I can tell you, I felt safe the entire time I was there and never experienced a single problem related to being in Mexico. The clinic is extremely clean and the operating room was well equipped and staffed. In fact, I can't remember having any complaints about my experience at all. I had the surgery on a Thursday and was back to working a limited schedule the following Tuesday. I am 5 months post op and I am down 153 pounds total and still losing!!! Having the surgery was the best decision I have ever made and should be a no brainer for anyone considering doing this.
