Two weeks post op and I have to say that I am very excited about my weight loss. The stages are good to follow and help your stomach really heal. I just started eating small amounts. Eggs, tuna and cooked carrots are awesome. Thanks Dr. Almanza and staff. The nurses are awesome at the hotel. The drivers are nice and willing to take you shopping. Overall, great experience.
