It's been a week post op and life has been somewhat interesting in trying to keep myself from getting bored with the liquids. I am really enjoying pho broth though I really miss the rest of the vietnamese ingredients that would normally go with it - well maybe more so the meat and vegetables the noodles I could do without or a very small fraction of.

Having some spasms or cramping, not sure what else to call them, sometimes after drinking and sometimes just randomly but I think they are becoming less and less frequent.

Am excited to get on the scale daily as it keeps going lower and lower - slower than what I'd like but I'm sure what I'd like is not quite reality lol. Looking forward to the One- Month mark to see how many pounds I've dropped and especially to see the measurements and the difference in those numbers.

The message boards are great to share and learn as well as the many friendships that are growing in our little group of Sleevers!

The one thing that was not discussed or forewarned and perhaps with reason was the removal of the drainage tube!!!!! Holy Batman that was something else that freaked me out in feeling and sight!!!! That has been the worst for me to date and something I doubt I'll ever forget!!!

Don't regret the surgery or journey to date!!!!!

Laura
