I've been heavy my hole life I was so fat as a baby I didn't walk tell I was almost two, I was the YOYO Queen. I've lost 38 pounds since sept 4. I'm never hungry I can keep up with the grandbabies,I wish I had done this 20 years ago. I have a good additude about myself I even like myself (most of the time) losing weight helps me keep up additude and sprits. My body tells me when to stop eating if I fudge a little it small and does not matter, The people at the Hospital and Hotel (nices one I've ever been in) were fantastic and the Doc was a little cutie. I did as I was told and I have not had any problems
