I was skeptical of going to Mexico for vertical sleeve surgery but..... I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions of my life. I am 10 weeks out and have lost 49 pounds. Yes there is quite an adjustment and it's not always easy to exercise and make good food choices but this procedure will force you to do so. Just wish I'd done it years ago. Dr almanza is the best. I've had no complications. His staff takes excellent care of you and the trip is awesome. I have met some of the greatest people in this life experience and look forward to a much better active life. Don't hesitate to improve your health. I have taken no medication since surgery for blood pressure or high cholesterol and my numbers are perfect.
