Went to counseling for 4 months to make sure my husband and I knew worst case and best and why I felt the need for the surgery. Married at age 18 my husband is my number one and kids to sum it up I want to run with them and be here to be a fun grandma! As a nurse I educated who takes you seriously with 350# on u right? Well mylife has changed and I'm running fulfilling my dream and becoming healthy each day. Giving my greatest gift to myself. I went on my own and was there for two days! Home a day early ! Walk, walk, walk after surgery love otter pops follow the prep to a T..... Or you will be sick and a few people payed for it that said the cheated and what a waste.... My nurses were fantastic minor pain. Drink fluids and u will loose over 100# for sure it a life change no more soda, very little if any breads ..... But eatting is not a focus you are never hungry and I just make sure I stayed up on protien and fluids . I'm always talking when we go out anyway. I found I'm not a stress eatter just love to chew on anything so sugar free gum and I are best friends. Thank you for the professional manor you help me and my life goals!
