My experience with the Weight Loss Agents has been wonderful! There is always someone on the internet, a phone call away, and don't forget the very popular text messages. These ladies either have some speedy I phones or are very knowledgeable medical professionals, possibly both! Very friendly and compassionate about what they do and the service that they provide. Someone definitely has an English Major because the spelling and grammar is fabulous! Excellent overall communication skills. I had a great experience overall as well. As soon as I arrived at the San Diego International Airport and met two Registered Nurses from back East I knew I made the right choice! I had to contact everyone who warned me and told me how I was going to be in danger going to Tijuana B.C. Mexico and making the unwise choice and set the record straight. You know when you find medical professionals traveling from across the world to see a Bariatric Surgeon for a procedure, he must be very good! There were married couples from back East and individuals from Canada, and just an array of cultural diversity at it's finest! The driver took us everywhere and there is even a Costco there now! Great shopping deals even for tourists who don't speak Spanish fluently. The Hospital Administrator Dr. Almanza's brother, Mr. Almanza is as handsome and charming as Dr. Almanza. although, I am uncertain as to whether he has six pac abs as well. I was very grateful when Dr. Almanza took the time to inform me with regards to my procedure and had pictures as well as illustrations to assist me in understanding the medical outcome. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly!
