At my highest weight I was 495 lbs. I was out of breath just walking a few feet. I had to have a wheelchair to go to the Zoo with my family. I decided to change that, lose weight and improve my quality of life. I had my Surgery in February 2021. I weighed 307 lbs. I was scared but the hospital was beautiful, the staff friendly and my care was top notch! I am now down to 219lbs and going to the gym 5 days a week.
