I want to highlight something that the psychologist at the hospital told me - it is just as important to look after your mental health post op as it is to follow your diet post op! It will be tough but remember there are lots of resources to help you through.
So far, I am down 30lbs from surgery three weeks ago, and I already don't fit my old jeans that I went to the hospital in!
Ask lots of questions and you will get lots of info. I am thankful that Dr Almanza did more than just the surgery as he found something that might cause cancer later on if unchecked.
