I'm very glad I went through the surgery I have only lost 40 lbs but I look and feel great I was worried about what I could eat after the surgery but much to my surprise I can have just about anything in reason. My first goal was 40 lbs which I have reached his was my weight when I had my first knee replaced my next goal is down another 25 lbs my last child delivery weight. All is good from my point of view and now when I see young overweight teens I think they should know there are options out there.
