Its hard to just wait for what seems to be forever. Let me explain, My proceedure went well but due to the lenght of time it takes to completely heal, I have had to wait for my first fill.
I am scheduled to recieve my first fill on the 5th of September. I am so ready to begin loosing!
My doctor here in the states wanted to wait another 6 weeks after surgery to make sure things were healed up completly so it will be about 9 weeks total wait since surgery to my first fill date.
Although I have a wonderful doctor who will be doing my lapband fills, it took me weeks to find someone in my area. I am having to travel 3 hours from my home to be filled, but Im happy to do so, as he will wonderful.
I will follow up after my fill and let you know how things are progressing.
Im ready! I should have done this years ago, dont wait, do it now and put the weight behind you!
Bye for now, Cindy
