It has been one month. I have lost 21 lbs so far. I have lost several inches and body fat. It was a challenge for me this month to learn what to eat, when to eat and how much. Walking has been the best for losing the weight. The staff at the clinic was outstanding. The hotel accommodations and staff at the hotel was as helpful and friendly as the clinic staff. When I tell people that I went to Mexico for the surgery you could see the horror in their faces. After telling them how professional and great everything was they where amazed.Taking with people, I have found others in my area that have had relatives and friends that have also gone to the same clinic and had wonderful results and have kept the weight off. I also meet wonderful people and have kept in contact with them.
