Well here it is a year later and I ve gone down to a size 5/6 I get to eat anything I want but just in small quantities although I prefer to eat on the healthy side Now and get plenty of protein every now and then I splurge ..this was the best thing I have ever none I take a lot of vitamins and feel better and have more energy than I have had in years I just referred a friend because it has changed my life so much that they were excited about how easy my experience was..the process was so simple the staff was amazing I received wonderful care the hotel was excellent the whole experience was just great not to mention the wonderful follow up by weight loss agents ...so if your having any doubts let me assure you it was a wonderful experience and you would not regret your choice at all...I m so happy with the whole process
