The facility in Mexico is modern, state of the art, top notch in my book. Very friendly knowledgeable staff & nurses made the 4 day stay bearable considering that the post operation recovery was painful at time.I would recommend Dr Almanza's facility to anyone who is considering this mind of procedure. From the time of pick up at San Diego airport to drop off back, we were treated as 1st class citizens. The staff explained everything as to what to expect and they followed up with some of the best care i have ever received from a hospital. Staff was on time when it came to administering medication, re-dressing bandages. Rooms and bathroom were clean at all times. Overall i would give his facility a 9.5 out of 10. My only complaint is that it got very hot in the rooms at night, but one if the nurses was able to get us a fan. For some reason the AC shuts off at night?
