Dr Almanzo and his staff are amazing. Professional and knowledgeable. The surgical facility and hospital were great. The fellow patients and I developed a great camaraderie. Riding around in the van together. The hotel was fine the nurses and doctor their were also good. Keep in mind you are in Tijuana. Not the USA. At the hospital you will share a room. Also they perform many surgeries in a day. That's what makes them so good at it So exactly what the tell you on ore surgery diet and post surgery instructions. I have lost 106 pounds. Another forty or so to go. I wish I would have done it sooner. Food cravings, thyroid and hormone issues have all gone away. Incredible Feel blessed and grateful. Thank you
