I had the surgery in Tijuana with Dr. Almanza on September 2nd 2014. I had no pain whatsoever. I was walking around town the next day and shopping. I went ahead and had dental work that week in Tijuana near the hotel. I lost 11 pounds before surgery and so far 11 pounds 1 month later.The staff was very professional and polite, any surgery I need I will return to Dr.Almanza. I just want to say Thank You for a terrific job. I feel like I got the best surgeon in the whole world. I'll update photos later when my final goal is reached.
