Before having the surgery I was 215 pounds, I CRAVED sweets and anything sugary, I never really felt full even after eating a huge meal so I ate constantly, I was on blood pressure medication and would frequently get up at night to urinate, maybe 4-5 times a night. Two weeks after having the surgery, I now weigh 191 pounds, I no longer crave sweets, I have to remind myself to eat because my brain and my stomach are communicating that I have had enough to eat so I'm no longer stuffing myself, I'm no longer on my blood pressure medication and now I sleep all through the night without waking up to use the bathroom! I have lost so much fat and inches that I can fit into clothes that I haven't worn in over 5 years! I'm so glad I didn't give them away. LOL! I love the way I look, I feel great and even though I still have 35 more pounds to lose, I know it will happen sooner than later. Thank you Dr. Almanza!
