I had my surgery on September 8, 2014. I was skeptical about going to mexico but it helped that I knew a few people that have had it done before me. My husband went with me for moral support. I have so far lost 23 lbs. I am able to eat very small portions and have to take my time doing so. The care I received in my opinion is better than the care here in the states, and I am a nurse myself. I had wonderful nurses. I just take things one day at a time. So if your a fatty like me and nothing has worked. This is the thing to do. They take good care of you for sure.
