Hello I was sleeved by Dr. Almanza one year ago. Since then I have losted 130 lbs!!!! I am so happy with the results. Although I orginally had reservations about traveling outside the USA for surgery, all is well with my health. I eat what I want but I pay close attention to the scale and watch my weight. On my surgery date I weighed 275lbs, today, I started out at 289lbs I reached my goal which was 160lbs in about 11 months. To anyone considering, I reccomend it. It will change your life. I dealth with was not being able to eat real foods for about 4 months. It was hard to go to restaurants and see people enjoying food, while still being fat and not able to eat. But well worth the experience because it paid off. I am 20 months post surgery and now that I can eat everything I have to actually TRY to maintain my weight. Good Luck all
