Hi I had my surgery in 2013 by Dr. Almanza I was kind of scared but more excited I lost about 30 lbs in about 6 months. And have stayed there I beleave its to the lack of exercise I can eat but not like before can't eat sweets like I use to but thats ok . I had a nice experience the staff was nice the hotel was very NICE & CLEEN I had no complacations I'm just disaponted in myself I wish I could go back & maybe get the gastric ban put back I had that done here in AZ but it slipped & it was taken off so I was left with no help & gained my weight back thats why I looked into surgerys else where with the ban I did lose all my weight & some thats why I wish I would of gotten the ban put back instead of getting the sleeve. Or asked more questions on which was better for me. So if I could do it all over again YES I would go back to T.J with Dr. Almanza.
