Getting this surgery done was definitely one of the better decisions in my life it is a game changer. The facility and some of the practices are definitely not what I was use to in the US but what really matters is the surgery and Dr. Almanza will definitely put you at ease when you meet him. I can't vouch for anything other than the sleeve but he has that down. I have had a very easy time with almost no issues after the 3rd day post op. I'm 3 weeks out and 50 pounds down from my 10 day pre-op diet 395 to 345. I feel great and already eating real food again. I'm able to eat about 1/3 of what I use to and feel great. I've lost my passion for food and don't really get hungry anymore. I have no regrets and would do it again in a second.
