Today I weigh 291 lbs. Waist 48 shirt 2x. I can't begin to tell you how much better i feel. I'm off 2/3 of my meds. It's not just the surgery that has help me with my weight losd. I love swimming. It is a very low impact excersise to do. I need a knee replacement. But have to be under 250 lbs. So I average 7hrs. Of swimming every week. That's an hour each time I go.
