Hi Y'all
You may be thinking this over and wondering if it's worth it or can you afford it. You can't afford not to do this !!! Blood pressure, diabetes, knee surgery, riding in a plane !!! So many health reasons to do this but more than that .... you get your life back, you get a tool that you can use that is going to force you to make good choices and learn to eat proper and then the exercise kicks in because you can actually move! I am two months out and down 40 lbs.
The hospital is beautiful and very clean the staff are polite and kind and work with you. Dr Almonzo and the team are doing all they can to make it a safe and life changing decision.
Tune out the ones that are negative or want to scare you, do your research and make a choice for YOU. I am 65 pounds from my goal but I see it on the horizon and I know this tool is going to help me get there!
