Have you ever passed by a mirror and had to stop to see who was looking back? That was me over a year ago.. I had come to a point in my life that I couldn't believe how I got to a size 18 and had told myself that it happen over night. One of the many lies I had told myself over the years..I finally one day woke up from my nightmare and decided to save my life.
I decided to take my life back by making the most important phone call of my life.I talk for over an hour to one of the many helpful people, who helped me get the information I needed to make this important decision. I will be greatful to them for the rest of my life.
I can now play with my children, walk further than my mailbox without shortness of breath, and can find my size clothes in all stores. These are all GREAT things, but the most important change for me is I get my health back. I get to replay the past 15years of my life and I plan to do it right this time. I received the best gift "a second chance" I'm living life and instead of fighting for it.
