I didn't have much luck dieting. I exercised and it didn't help with weight loss. I could not get my blood sugars down and the medications for the diabetes just kept getting higher and higher. I am so happy that I am off all medications, for diabetes and high blood presser, and I feel amazing. Currently I have lost 33 pounds and my energy level is back up. I walk at least 7 miles a day and yesterday I enjoyed a mile and one half jog. Life has turned around and I thank the team at the Tia Juana Bariatric Center.
