I'm so glad Dr. Almanza and the entire team in Mexico were my choice for Sleeve Surgery. Everything was better than hoped for or anticipated. Excellent care and attention. Facilities were great. Needs were promptly addressed. I had no worries while there. The care was so good.
My recovery and now ongoing weight loss journey has been a mental and physical adventure that you should not do alone. Have social network support and true, supportive friends involved. All is good in my weight loss, 53 lbs since my highest 2016 weight and 35 since surgery. There can be some slow days in the first couple of weeks, but everyday you feel stronger and stronger. Healthy choices are easier and easier and the support gets you motivated as well as already being READY for a new life in your in min and will. Im very thankful to be "sleeved."
