Pros: Great Doctor, only saw him twice. Great facility, beautiful hospital. Good after care, but understaffed.
Over all good experience.

Cons: long trip, Hospital is much more than 15 mins from San Diego, more like an hour.
Transportation was nothing like I expected, they crammed 10 people in a plan white van. Drive spoke little English, but enough to get by. 5 hour weight at the facility to be seen. No food or drinks were available during that time, and we were all starving from the trip. We were picked up at the airport at 12:00 pm, did not get to our hotel until after 5:00 and the hotel was not up stairs, it was at another site. Accommodations were free, food was not ( but was supposed to be) all we had was broth and water.
The ride back to the airport was the same as the pick up, and two ladies missed the ride. A RN drove them to the border and we picked them up, they were very upset.
But we all made it, everyone got home safe, and to my knowledge all are doing well, and have lost weight.
