I want to take a moment to thank Dr Almanza and his team for helping me achieve my weightloss goals. I was a type 2 diabetic and had hypertention when I came to Tiajuana. The day after the surgery I no longer needed insulin or pills. And just recently i was taken off my blood pressure medications. I was not the biggest person when i had the surgery, infact in weighing in at at181 pds i was the smallest in the room, but i had serious comorbidities that made my resolve to have the procedure and change my future. To date i have lost 47 pounds and feels better than ever! I am finally living the the life i want to live with out constant daily worry of my weight the way I used to. The surgery will not do it all for you, understand you still need to put in the work meaning make healthy food choices and being more active.
