Just wanted to say this surgery was a very smart decision for me.... I had to do something.... 10 years ago, and several years prior, I was in the best shape of my life... unfortunately, life sometimes take precedence over the things we really want to do for ourselves.... once I started working full time again, I was unable to keep up with my usual workouts and the weight I had worked so hard to keep off, slowly crept back on... before I knew it, I was where I swore I would never be again... and then some.. I was miserable.. I didn't want to go on like that and even when I lost some weight again, the yo yo cycle just kept playing games with me... this was the decision I made for myself and I am very happy I did.... I'm still in the beginning stages of losing, but I know I will achieve my goals once again.... and I will keep the weight off... I didn't come this far to turn back.... to anyone considering this surgery I strongly recommend doing lots and lots of research and make sure this is the right decision for u...it is life changing... just make sure u really understand everything that comes along with it..for me... this was one of the best decisions I have ever made...
