Not bad at all *

6 weeks since surgery. I feel a little tired, but I am pleased with my progress. I have lost a total of 33 lbs. I have survived vacation with my children and Grandchildren. I have been able to have dinner out with the family and not feel deprived. I concentrate on proteins, then veggies and last fruit. I seem to crave watermelon and it satisfies me.

Even though I have lost almost 34 lbs, a lot of friends (?) say they can't really tell a whole bunch. I feel so much better I can hardly believe that they can't
see the change that I feel. Maybe another 20 lbs and they will be able to tell.
