I choose to have surgery with Dr Almanza for several reasons including cost. My husband was not comfortable with me traveling alone, so we went together. We were both pleasantly surprised at the reception, support and care I received from the minute we arrived. The hotel staff was so polite and professional and the hotel was beautiful. The hospital was clean and the staff was super attentive. The surgery was quick and honestly very,little discomfort. The worse part that you will hear from everyone is the gas, bring gasx strips!!!!!!! They do help. I am not hungry and I am loving the results. The only other negative I can note is that I am tired. I know it has only been 3 weeks and I went back to work 4 days after surgery. Take a few extra days, especially if you work long hours like I do. Anyway tomorrow will be three weeks post op, I only had a 3 day pre op diet plan and I am down 23lbs. So excited and I cannot wait until I can shop for new cute clothes. No regrets, dr Almanza was amazing and so are the staff at WLA!
