I had lap band done in 2006~lost 110lbs , had to have it removed in 2008 put all the weight back on. Had gastric sleeve done by dr almanza in mexico in sept 2012~ can say everything went very smoothly from the day i started planning until the day i came home. we were treated very well and the group i was with was very supportive of each other. All the staff at clinic were wonderful, things very clean. I have lost 43lbs in past 3 months and have had no complications. I have not regrets and am only sorry i waited until i was 45 to have it done!!
